Professional Team Photo Day

Photo Day is either hosted in the Michelle Conklin Photography, LLC Studio located in Maple Park, or Michelle Conklin Photography will travel to your league.

No order forms required! No money is due the day of the event. All photos can be previewed and purchased online approximately 3 weeks after the last image is taken of the athletes.

On most jobs, we use a system called Entagged, a Bluetooth device attached to our camera that instantly links each photo to your athlete’s data. No QR cards or manual tagging needed! It embeds the information provided by your league or club directly into the images as we shoot, ensuring fast, accurate photo-to-subject matching. This makes volume photography more organized and efficient from start to finish.

On some jobs we may use a reference photo-based system, through GotPhoto facial recognition technology to make the Photo Day and ordering processes faster and easier for your team.

Your organization will provide Michelle Conklin Photography, LLC with a roster that includes athlete information, along with parent cell numbers and parent emails for notifications.

Arrive at Photo day dressed as you would for a game or competition. Dress Game Ready! Be sure your uniform is clean, tucked where it needs to be. Remove hair ties from wrists and be sure to spit gum out in the trash can at the door when you enter the studio.

The artwork for each Photo Day varies based on creativity. We encourage athletes to wear their athletic shoes to Photo Days in case we include feet in the finished images. Don't be caught in Crocs or socks! Molded cleats or turf shoes are allowed if they are clean. No metal cleats in the building.

When all or the artwork is finished, the photos will be uploaded to a personalized, password protected, online gallery for you to view your child’s photos, select the poses you love most, and purchase a variety of print and product options.

Once you place your order, it will go into production at my professional photo lab immediately. Print and product orders will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Digital File orders (including print release), will be emailed to you immediately. Check your email for a confirmation of your order. If you don't see an email confirmation, please contact me to verify your order has processed.

Yes! The first five days the gallery is live, you will received discounts based on the amount you order, automatically applied to your cart - no coupon code needed. It’s so easy to save money!

All orders are delivered to the address you provide. No orders can be sent to the studio for pickup.

Yes! There is a huge variety of print and product options to choose from! Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the first package screen and click on the button, Go to offer or click the tab at the top that states, Individual Products. Click the image you would like to order to see all of the print and product options.

Check for an email confirmation after you enter payment information. If you don't see an email of your receipt, contact me to verify if the order did get placed.

I am sorry but there are no substitutions for the free gift of any Coach and Kid images. This is intended as a memory for the coach and a relative on the team to preserve the memories of their time together.

The private galleries are available for ordering for 3 weeks. Don't delay and place your order right away!
